The Projects Management & KA153 Workshop is an educational activity designed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles of project management, with a particular focus on the Erasmus+ KA153 Youth Workers Mobility programme. During the workshop, participants learn about project development, application procedures, goal setting, budgeting, partnership building, implementation, and evaluation. Through presentations, practical exercises, and group discussions, they gain a better understanding of how to plan and manage successful international projects. The activity also encourages collaboration, problem-solving, and the exchange of experiences among participants, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to create and implement future youth projects and contribute to international cooperation and youth development.
